AYSO Region 880 is the ONLY soccer program dedicated to our community. We don’t advertise in other communities; our focus is here. Other programs have players/teams from all over Macomb and Oakland counties. In our program, you and your child will meet friends from your neighborhood and Romeo community schools.

With over 80 balanced teams to interplay with locally at Simpson Park (U5-U12) and Gilcher (U14+). There are no try outs or extra fees and every child plays at least 3/4 of every game! Our teams stay balanced, we don’t switch better players to another more costly travel program. We also offer access to optional indoor play and annual tournaments for added player development.

With over 900 players, space may be limited, register early to guarantee a spot. Pre-register online to use the express line at registration events.

Pre-Register online and bring one signed copy of the registration form along with a copy of birth certificate (for us to verify age, we do not keep a copy) and a check to one of our registration events. Pre-registered families can use the express line at registration.

You must attend one of the events to turn in the form to be registered for the fall. Only returning volunteers can register online and be processed via mail.

U19 Division for High School Age Players
We are in the middle of our 3rd successful season with 5 in house U19 teams playing at Gilcher Park. We plan to offer this program again this fall. This is a very competitive, but still fun, division. Registration fees include free training sessions with coaches from Europe.

It's open to all high school players and players not currently on the high school teams. Ages 14-18. We currently have 5 teams. Optional play against other AYSO regions is available as well as tournament play. This provides high school age players the chance to have fun in soccer while not having to pay high travel fees which can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars per year. Save money for college!

U14 Division for Middle School Age Players
This will include all players 12-13 years old from the Romeo Middle Schools. We currently have 6 teams.
Registration fees include free training sessions with coaches from Europe.

AYSO is the league that has played at Simpson Park for the last 15 years. Don't be confused by other programs that may look like AYSO. With over 80 balanced teams to interplay locally, you won't have to play the same team every week. There are no try outs and every child plays at least half to three quarters of every game!
